• Identification and qualification of supplier/buyers.
• Development of strategic alliances with different trading companies and/or producers to support outsourcing of different commodities.
• Monitoring and supporting trade operations on logistics and other requirements.
• Development of turnkey solutions for international procurement and bidding. For public or private bidding for projects financed by the World Bank, Interamerican Bank of Development and United Nations among others. Depending on the client needs, Intercommoditas will either:
• Make the complete bid proposal or,
• Provide guidance to the client bidders through the preparation process.
• Guide/facilitate negotiation process when bid is awarded

Intercommoditas will ensure proper qualification of participation and will anticipate/provide solutions before and after the bidding process

• RECYCLING: HMS 1&2, used rails (all according to international standards). Dealer bundles, Log #2. Re-melted Lead.

• Fertilizers (Urea)

Each supplier is leader in its respective field, which not only assure competitive price, but also, reliability.

We only consider potential buyers who can demonstrate real purchase intention and proof of funds. To achieve this, we qualify potential buyers directly or through their mandate. We only work with experienced mandate/brokers.

• For other products/commodities than the listed above , due diligence fees apply.
• Due diligence includes:
• Market assessment
• Strategic sourcing from different countries
• Pricing and packing information
• Country briefing

Procedure: Interested party submits its inquiry with following information:

• Product/commodity specifications
• Quantity per month
• Port destination
• Quote requirement (FOB, CIF)
• Target price

Once we determine product feasibility, we will notify if it is possible to proceed or not.
